Anthology's office is open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EDT. |
Anthology’s office is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s day, Memorial
Day, 4th
of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. There will
be no pager service on Christmas day or Thanksgiving day, but we will
offer emergency holiday and after hours support on all the other days (when most
retailers are open).

via the Cash Register of Anthology. Calls for non-emergencies will be deferred to
the next business day.
The pager is automatically shut off during non-support hours and turned back on
each morning. Calls that arrive during non-support hours are stored and delivered
during pager hours the next day.
